What it's like here
Teams are small enough that engineers own their scope end to end, from design review to commissioning. The 24 hour service model means responsiveness is part of the job, and the regional footprint means travel to Turks & Caicos or Guyana is a real possibility. Long tenure is the norm: several senior staff have been with the company for fifteen years or more.
