About the Firm
Three decades of engineering the Caribbean's critical infrastructure
Synergy Engineering Limited was founded in 1994 by Mr. Balvin Kameka and has grown into a regional MEP contractor with more than 150 documented contracts and a permanent staff of roughly 65 to 75.
Our philosophy
Synergy operates on the belief that engineering quality is decided long before a crew reaches site. Design, procurement and installation are held under one roof so that responsibility for the finished system is never divided.
That approach has taken the firm from Kingston electrical contracting into hospital rehabilitation, port electrification, cathodic protection, traffic signalling and international energy-sector facilities — working alongside main contractors from England, Belgium, Denmark and the United States.
The company is registered in Jamaica, with Synergy Engineering TCI Ltd. in Providenciales and Synergy Engineering Guyana Inc. extending the same standards across the region.

How we operate
24-Hour Service Model
Emergency response and maintenance operate around the clock, supporting ports, refineries, hospitals and resort plant that cannot afford downtime.
CADD/CAE (3D) Capability
In-house 3D design of industrial plant, power distribution layouts and building systems, used to resolve clashes before installation begins.
Design-and-Build Integration
Engineering design, tendering, project management and installation delivered by one accountable team rather than split across firms.
Regional Footprint
Registered entities in Jamaica, Turks & Caicos and Guyana allow contracts to be executed locally across the Caribbean.
